THE OUTNET

THE OUTNET is the most fashionable fashion outlet, founded in 2009 by the people behind NET-A-PORTER and offering 350+ designers at up to 75% off.

In addition to the overall content and creative editorial strategy, I oversaw tone of voice and messaging for two global websites, EDMs, social media, direct mail initiatives, and seasonal and display campaigns, including exclusive designer collections, the Victoria Beckham Charity Sale, and three award-winning social activations. I was also a brand ambassador, hosting events across the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore and conducting talent interviews with everyone from Meghan Markle and Caroline Issa to Cher Coulter, Garance Doré, Liya Kebede, Leigh Lezark, Harley Viera-Newton, Leandra Medine, and Olivia Palermo.

In my final years at THE OUTNET, I helped lead a rebrand, working internally to devise a new logo, look and feel, and content strategy informed by months of customer insights and qualitative and quantitative research. The new content strategy better reflected the brand’s evolution, premium positioning, and customer’s interests, which extended far beyond discounted, previous-season designer fashion.
